Seventy proposals were received within the Special Sessions/Tracks Call launched last September. Of these, half are for the organization of interactive sessions and artistic sessions, having been the submissions made by authors from numerous entities belonging to more than 20 different countries around the world.
The outcome of the reviews, which are being carried out by the Scientific Committee, will be communicated to the proposers on November 6. The approved sessions/tracks will be included in the list of tracks initially proposed by the organization, and all of them can be selected by those who want to send their communication proposals during the Call for Abstracts that will open in mid-November.
